How can I order a gift?
For as to receive and purchase your order as fast as possible you must follow certain steps. Don’t worry, we will explain everything below and after you read you will see is very simple in fact.

Step nr. 1 : Choosing product .
To find the desire product you can view categories from left up corner or through search system “Quit find” available in right down corner, where you can use keywords to find the product you are looking for, that contains in title or description that word.
You can sort products by price in increasing order or by name. If you are interested by one of the product click on his name to see details about him.
Step nr. 2 : Adding the product.
In the moment you decide to order a product, click “In Cart” and it will be moved in your shopping cart. On the screen it will appear the name of the chosen product and his price, and next you have the possibility to change quantity thanks to “Update” button or you can proceed to anther product pushing “Continue Shopping”, or finish shopping push “Checkout” button.
Step nr. 3 : Create your personal account.
After you choused desire products click “Checkout”. Next you have to create an account that contains all your personal data. This action will be done only first time when you order through our site, and is necessary to see order status. If you have a account you must introduce your chosen email and password.
Step nr. 4 : The address and delivery method
Our system will automatically select for shipping address, your address insert when you create your account. If you want to introduce anther address for delivery choose “Change Address” button. Then select shipping method. Please pay attention when you read because all this depends on the chosen product. You can insert 5 different delivery addresses and it will be restrained for further orders.
Step nr. 5 : Payment method
After you select payment method you can proceed to the next step. At the moment there are 3 possible payment methods, depending from your location. For more details please consult “Payment” section. Select cash if you want to pay through standing order, Banc Post, Western Union, or to come one of our agent to collect money from you. And select 2checkout - Our authorized retailer, if you want to pay with credit card.
Step nr. 6 : Continue Checkout Procedure
On the screen will appear all information’s regarding you order. Please check again and if is necessary correct any mistake.Is everything is in order click “Confirm Order” button. If everything is in order click “Confirm Order” button. If you choose online payment you will be redirect where the online transaction is made.
Step nr. 7 :Last step
To finish the order is necessary to mention next information’s: delivery data and hour, a message for free card included in every order, the receiver phone number.

Daca revii ulterior si doresti sa vezi in ce stadiu se afla comanda ta trebuie sa apesi pe butonul "Contul Meu", sa te autentifici cu adresa de email si parola alese la inscriere.
Stadiile in care se pot afla o comanda sunt:
-In desfasure - comanda a fost primita de sistemul nostru..urmand ca sa va contactam prin email sau telefonic pentru confirmare.
-In desfasure achitata- comanda a confirmata si achita urmand ca ea sa fie livrata la ora si data la care ati dorit.
-Livrata- comanda a livrata sau expediata cu succes.
-Anulata- comanda a fost anulata pentru ca nu am putut sa va contactam pentru confirmare, nu a fost achitata comanda, sau au suvenit alte modificati.
